[determined from later behavior] feeding on weeds, & feeding, then sang from Magnolia. ? flew part Magnolia to small Eucalyptus, & joined her. They copulated 4 times; after each copulation, dursty only a few seconds & flew to ground, returned immediately. Periods between copulations longer than during copulation, about twice as long.
