Caught one bird in trap at entrance to woodrat house. Neck severed but skin ok. Ruined the bird,
but saved wings. (RB-23) Unsexed.
6 Oct. Collected 1 bird with Jay's .410, on edge
of thicket. Pretty shot up. Too bad to save.
