Dendroica anduboni Alameda Alameda Ca, Calif. 6 Dec. 1956 Mrs. J. Kelley brought a dead specimen in to MV2 and gave it to me. It was found dead in her neighbor's garden in Alameda. It was a ?, (143) and mm. by the skull. Good plumage, the skull was 2-layered in the posterior part, single layered anteriorly, about half way on the crown. The line was nearly straight across the skull. 5 Jan. 1957 Berkeley Alameda Ca, Calif. Roy Allbridge found the bird, put it in the mail box. It was too far gone to do, so made only skulls wings. 25 Jan. 1957 Eggers, Cane Break Canyon, 1200+ ft., San Diego Ca, Calif. Shot a bird out of a Cottonwood tree. John Ondrias put it up as ? >4, ?, 11.7 gm. 11 October 1957 Crocker Corp. 5 mi N Berkeley, 5760+ ft. Plumas Ca, Calif. Saw a rather large flock, at least partly of these birds, moving thru a grove of aspen. 18 Dec., 1957 U.C. Campus, Berkeley Alameda Ca, Calif. A bird found dead on campus brought to MV2.
