13 Oct, 1956 With Ralph Routt, collecting Blackbirds
for use of Ornithology class shooting practice.
These flock of Redwings (Agelaius phoenicius) in
field. We got 7 or just volley, that's all,
although we hunted rest of morning. Flock
broke up about 9:00. Saw Slapskin Bank,
Kildee R.T. Bank, Kestel, Meadowbank, drove
back thru Marting, nothing unusual.
