30 Sept. Arrived late evening (7:00) after an
afternoon at [illegible] Beach. Set 21
traps in reed + grass. Slept in car.
In AM, had 10 Peromyscus maniculatus
in 20 traps. Lost 1. 6 & 4 ?. Put up 3 ?.
Fog very heavy late evening, cleared up
about 10; closed in later. Foggy in
morning, cleared about 9, closed in
again about 10:30. Seals on beach
may be brown.. Bird list for today;
