Banks 1956 Journal 4/5 15 Shortly it reappeared in original perch, flew blue oak log steps at SE corner Dmart Hall, returned to original perch. 1045 Brown Towlees copulating (?) S end of field between Caly Hall & LSB. White Crow still singing near flagpole. Blue Robin 5. of pole. Song Sparrow singing irregularly at SE corner LSB, 1700 P. Mourning Doves by Presbyterian Church on Dana, showing courtship behavior. Stood facing each other rubbed bills, as the kissing, struck each other on neck + face. Male was puffed up, appeared very dark. This lasted about a minute, then they separated.
