SV-38, tail 42 total - 80 mm 10. SV-36, tail 14 total 50 mm (stub tail) 11. SV-40, tail 41 total 81 mm. measurement of 2 brought to lab - chlorotoned. SV-41 tail 45 total 86 - gills small. (4mm) SV-41 tail 48 total. - tiny gill stubs Tail length not a good measurement as yet since tail fin in various degree of atrophy - expect that tail shorten as transformation proceeds. Used snout to limb insertion since vent not yet in adult condition - actually this approximate measurement to ant edge of vent gill closely. 2 animals (above) measured in lab. Dorsal pattern faintly well developed but washed as yet by dark pigment, may not have shed skins or yet. Will keep alive for study. P112.36 Pyxis
