right Joshua tree contains a Linnets nest
(previous picture). In center foreground
is cactus containing Sage Thrasher nest.
To left of that in foreground is
Punta Basillano . 2 or 3 Rock (sp?) can
be seen in right & center foreground. In
background are the Providence Ants.

38- 108. Same as # 107 - Agfa # 17 filter, deep
colored ent. Sopan; f/16 - 10th
38-109. Same position as # 107 & #108 but
camera pivoted to left (more east) showing
New York Ants in background. In
foreground can be seen & an open area
frequented by Amaspermophiles, Horned
Toad, Hornet Larks. Tree framing picture
on left for 20 minutes contained a S
foraging Cactus Woodpeeler. Sopan; f/16-10;
Agfa # 17 yellow filter, deep end.
