of the dam we found a dead Green-tailed Towhee in a wire fence On way to Rodgerson we had sport shooting Oregon Ground Squirrels. From Rodgerson to Twin Falls we shot some more of these + saw 3 Sage Hens + 2 Sage Thrushes. After staying in Twin Falls for a couple of hours we drove to within 2 mi. of Pagersman + camped on the N. side of the Snake River (but 50 yds from it.). Just for today: Cliff Swallow many Violet green swallow 3 Rock Wren many Jack Sparrow Several (found dead) Canyon Wren 4 Yellow Warbler, 6+ Dead-coloured Bush-Tit 4 Warbling &c. Visa 2 Sparrow Hawk 2 Junco (Red-backed?) 1 Ruby-crowned Kinglet 1 Oblivie Falcon 4 Great Blue Heron 3 Red-tailed Hawk 3 Red-shafted Ticker 4 (nest?) Green-tailed Towhee (1 dead) Hermit Thrush 1?
