side of face and 3 on right. One on left
was discarded. Bots sent to H.T. Dalmat.

♀ ad. 2 fly larvae taken (between eye
and mouth) on right side of face.
♀ yq. ad. 2 larvae taken. One on forehead
between eyes + nose. One on left side
of face.
♀ yq. ad. One larvae just below eye on
left side.
♂ ad. Two larvae below left eye
The above larvae were sent to
Dr. Herbert T. Dalmat who wrote
on Aug. 4, 1942 from Cornell University
that " I today received your
shipment of 10 Cuterebra larvae".
"Examination of your specimens places
them either as Cuterebra americana
or C. princeps, more likely
the former".
