"of the East side and mountains east of
the state with Bojules.
Certainly it would be
great to get over there
but without a permit
and abundant airiness
it is not advisable to
try. The state here is
a mixture of coast
lands and Eastern zones.
The east side would
therefore be the most
interesting. For example,
the bush lot which I
had thought was larger
and becomes in that
eastern bush lot, the
Purple Martin is found
in Tacoma and the
Western etc.
Transportation here is
not what it is in Calif.
Pack trip would be required
to see all this country;
a trip up rainier would
not be very profitable
since one can not reach
the high country except
by two day pack trip.
However one can not
hope to see a whole state
in little over a month
