The state here is a mixture of coast lands and Eastern zones. The east side would therefore be the most interesting. For example, the bush lot which I had thought was larger and becomes in that eastern bush lot, the Purple Martin is found in Tacoma and the Western etc. Transportation here is not what it is in Calif. Pack trip would be required to see all this country; a trip up rainier would not be very profitable since one can not reach the high country except by two day pack trip. However one can not hope to see a whole state in little over a month
