The utmost care in selection of seti has taken the place to a certain extent the value of a series, and placed the range of variation in easily noticeable form. Throught the arrangement is good and artistic. The only other collection of comparable kind is of course that I have seen is Dawson's which is of course a Museum collection made up from the collectons of many people. however Dawson's collection is not nealy as easy of access and does not show in concentrated form the things that Bowles' shows. Bowles' collection is in many ways more instructive and valuable for N-iam birds than is Dawson. Whenever you wish to see
