Nest varying red to slight

Rim fin oak tree on north
but exp of canon in
Groove of trees. Nest 30
ft up large similar to
Cooper Hawk. A very well
built nest for Sparrow.
Almost entirely built by
the bird. Lined with pipe
twigs dark leaves and
a few feathers. Male
bird near by. Female did
not flush until I up tree.
Birds made out little
fuss giving only a few
low notes. Birds seen
in this locality Feb 18.

rats nest 18 ft up. Bird flushed
only when rock hit nest. Made no fuss.
