Checking nest, still 7 eggs. Back in hide at 1040. 1048.20 ♀494 enters nest. 1050.50 ♂496 enters, ♀494 leaves 1054.00 ♂473 enters End 1100. Will check nest later. 1 June Check w[illegible] group nest in afternoon, 7 eggs, 3 June Start watch 1150. Will try to get post-laying data. 1240. Too hard. Can't see nothin! 4 June Checked the nest at 1445, still 7 eggs, none hatched or hatching yet. 8 June Checked the nest, weighed + ½ measured the nestlings Egg #6 apparently hatched today, #7 pipping 9 June Checked the nest again at 1430, 6 nestlings weighed and remarked 10 June Weighed & measured nestlings. #7 has disappeared from the nest, #6 looks like it's on the way out 11 June Weighed & remarked 5 nestlings. measured 12 June Weighed & banded babies 14 June Weighed & measured babies.
