Very little activity. Cloudy, cool, and a very light rain today, End 1100, Hold on, 1158, ♂234 gives good alarm calls as an imm Cooper's Hawk (♂?) flies by and lands in the tree. ♂234 splits immediately. End 1125. 10 Oct Start 0830. These guys never ran out of kernels, and now seem to be just starting to store this year. About 50-100 new greenies in the granary. Oblacons predominate by a huge margin. 1130, pretty slow. only ♂252, DBlue/Y-CBlue ♂234 CBlue/White-DBlute ♀619 Yellow/Green seen. ♀619 is looking somewhat female-like, but it looks too early to call for sure Red/ Also ♀, which I read as , so presumably ♀483, though not certain. Not a lot of storing action. 30 Nov Start 1300. 1430, Very dull! ♂252 has been regular at the granary, doing a lot of head-pump karrits, but no sign of anyone else. End 1430.
