Etc. 6 June Berkeley, Chez Panisse with Nancy. 7 June Berkeley, graduation, trailer to Hastings, roosting at School Hill 8 June Listened to Walters ABS talk before he left this morning, then watched at Road 1, checked the nest at Road 3 weighed babies at Plague & School Hill. Also checked the "nest" (failed again?) at Buckeye, seeing a guy with a dog & a rifle on Buckeye, nr the Hastings fence-line. Gwen & Nancy returned today. Dinner at Red House with Pam 9 June Very little gumpion today. Watched some at Buckeye (definitely failed again), weighed & marked the Plague nestlings, checked for new nests at Hay Blom, Lon Hay & 1800. Roosting at Road 3 Dinner in the bunkhouse with Pam. 10 June Watched at Road 1, checked holes up on the Arnold, checked the nest at Plague & School Hill, wandered over to Coazelbo to see if any revolution action, checked the nest hole at Blom-One, Roosting canceled. Ran 4 miles today. 11 June Even less gumpion today. Except for seeing a family of Pam's Orioles near Buckeye, I pretty much wasted 4 hrs up there. Checked the nest & Plague & Road 3 (the latter near hatching), cleaned & organized up in the cabin, roosting at Road 3, 12 June Diddled around the road in the AM, finding an Oriole nest, then checked nests at Plague, Road 3, School Hill. Ran 5 miles today. Dessert at Red House. Nancy's pissed off. 13 June Wandered around at Hay Blom, Lon Hay; & 1800, checked the
