Ravits, Sean 2005 Journal Dorothy Lake, Yosemite NP to Kearitt Meadows and Saura Pass, Stanislaus NE, Marso and Fuldmore Co., CA Aug. 23 We packed up our camp and hiked out from Dorothy Lake to the pack station at Kearitt Meadows. On the way, I saw two Scaloparia and two Peregilla a little south of Kearitt Meadows; I didn't collect them since I had no lizzard mrose or container for the Psuedacris, and because we weren't far from the Highway. After waiting for the pack team to arrive for several hours, we ate dinner and Kim and I went up Saura Pass after dark to collect a Hydromantes that I could use to develop a microsatellite library. We saw about 5 juveniles in the general vicinity of my data logger near the "9000 ft" sign (38.31977° N, 118.66316° W [UTM 584, 8m acc.], 2701m elev.), I collected the largest one I could find, a small adult (SMR 77), I only searched for 20-30 min since I wasn't feeling well, and then went to camp at Kennedy Meadows.
