There was a short evening
rain shower as we were finishing
to set.
We arrived at Allison's house
at about 8:00pm. Her roommates
and hers had prepared a
great dinner so we relaxed
and caught up.
I finished skinning and
preparing this mornings specimens
after everyone had gone to
bed.
12:00pm. After a few hours of sleep
we left to check traps.
A total of 17 woodrats! 11
at the first site and 6 at the
second. The largest of the
adults appear more grey than
some of the younger adults.
Some adults, males and females,
are much more cinnamon on
the sides than others.
After a nice lunch with
Allison I spent the afternoon
preparing specimens.
