Characterized 3 nest habitats:
#1 - rp-d - 2/o - A - 1/2 - Co
#2 - rp-d - 1/o - A - 1/1 - Co
#3 rp-d - o/o - A
5 July
All 3 nests have now hatched
and birds have moved out onto
Holmes' Morass. Note immediate
abandoning of polygonal grounds. Color
of chicks seems adapted more to marshy
(green) area than to polygonal
grounds (as, for instance, golden
plover chicks).
6 July
Nest #4 still not hatched.
