Arenaria interprets
2 June
Again - the first shorebird to be
seen. Heard several by dump on
road into town, then saw one flying
very actively over shoreline.
6 June
Pair localized in Voth Area -
some chasing with "frog-note", but
mostly quiet.
7 June
Pair in area just South of
Cake Ester. Flew with flock of
red-backs and gave "frog-note".
8 June
Pair in Britton's Area - jumpy,
as usual. Displayed a little. One
bird across from FAA, by Honey bucket
Lagoon, and a pair by Cake-Ester.
These, at least, are here in pair
numbers. Wonder where they are eating.

9 June
Pair still localized by cake Ester.
Pair on ridge by West shore of
Footprint lake. Not closely tied down to
territory - flew with flock of red backs
over large area.
10 June
Two pairs along Elson Lagoon.
One pair chased away adjacent 07.
Niko located nest with two eggs -
probably this pair. Eggs large, pointed,
very green with little spotting -
