Birds are abundant in the area -
especially along edges and out into
Central Marsh. Don and I took feeding
observations on birds in the marsh.
Fewer melanos in the Beach Ridge
crossing flock today - hard to estimate,
since flock was dispersed.

A flock of ca. 30 was feeding on
the South slope of the Beach Ridge.
Even with Tipulios apparently nil, birds
