Maclean 1965 Calioris fuscicollis 13 June three birds ± 1 seen in drum area. First feeding quietly. Saw well developed aerial display - zzzzz poing zee- by bird chasing another fuscicollis. Later saw another feeding. 14 June None seen in Holmes' Morass. 16 June One seen feeding in very active pocket S. of Brant Point. No display, chase, or anything of sort. 19 June Several pairs encountered in Voth Area. Display seen once. ♂ + ♀ collected after feeding observation - #108 +106. ♀-ova just beginning to enlarge. Displaying ♂ W. of micro-net. 24 June Only 1 display heard. 25 June Displaying ♂ near AACS displaced by ♂ pectoral. 27 June Heard 1 burst of aerial display in AACS marsh. Saw another bird localizes on ground. 29 June Found AACS pair nest w/4 magnificent eggs - ca. 50 m. E of old grill site marked by boards + lot in Tunora. 1 July Nest is now empty. Damn! Heard 1 display on W. Beach Ridge, near micro-net warigan. 2 July 3 birds flew W-E over AACS
