Maclean 1965 Calioris mauri 29 June Strange looking white-rump in AACS marsh.... smaller, reaper, spotted down sides of breast. 'tis a C. mauri. Watched the bird feed along Sphagnum tunora - mostly jibbing. 30 June Saw at least 3 by NE corner of Central Marsh - feeding in wet stuff. Rufous-reckers and snipe mixed in. 2 July Saw one feeding along pond edge in AACS marsh. Bird was pecking into bar grounds. 3 July Two birds closely associated in wet low polygons 200 m. NW of C+G.S., Did not appear to be resting. 4 July Four birds closely associated in same area. 6 July Saw 2 birds near traplines IVA-B.
