DuVal, E.H. 2002 Journal Isla Boca Brava, Chiriqui, Panama 16 April 2002 I went to David today to order new binoculars. Julie's are starting to leak, and Becca recently dropped hers on Main Street & knocked them, extirely out of allignment. Eileen & John brought a waterproof pair that I ordered back in March & I'm worried - I didn't budget for buying one pair of binoculars, much less two! But they are our most vital piece of equipment... I ordered Bushnell Natureviews: we'll see what comes. Clint is maybe coming to Panama in a few weeks, and he can bring them then. 19 April 2002 Julie saw two copulations in one watch at SBER today, and one of her nests hatched. Becca worked on the cage we may use for captive alphas all afternoon. It's a 1m x 1m cube with a PVC pipe frame and surrounded by screen, with an easy-access panel for changing newspapers and doors that hook shut over nails. Elegantly made.
