Duval, E.H. 2004 Journal Isla Boca Brava, Chiriqui Prov. Panama' 28 March 2004 The birds were active today, though not so much as I would have expected after a rain. I saw GAW(CD) & Rly at LTL, confirming that he travels between there & SUR. I still haven't seen WGW, though both Julie & Julian claim to have seen him in the area. Yesterday I found SOB(G)'s nest near FBEI with one egg, and today I confirmed her ID (a chick from 2001, & we got her nest last year, too) and noted her second egg. I also took several digital pictures of her on the nest. As before, she mobs aggressively when flushed, making it easy to get band combos from her. It was Julian's last day on the field site. 29 March 2004 - We accompanied Julian as far as Boquete, in the highway (Puerto de Enuentros)
