DuVal, E.H. 2004 Journal Isla Boca Brava, Chiriqui Prov. Panama 26 March 2004 I did watches at the removal sites from 2004 today, and we're getting a handle on the long-term replacement results: ?-? SNK1 - GAL seems to be ?, w/ WRR ?. This is confusing on several levels: we had named WRR ? previously, so this would be the first case of a ? having his ? replaced & staying ?. Also, GAL was formerly ? to WBW at LHC, and WGA is still around (and coming to SNK sometimes) - TCJ2 - YGR still is ? here; I haven't seen YPB with him yet this year. NOY (DM) was there today (?) CCL5 - very little action ? WELY - WPA & WRV still present & apparently ? - ACA4 - 2003 - 2004 - AAR still there BR12 - N/A SBE1 - N/A - SBE2 - not same ?? in 2003 So for 6 long term results, in 3 cases the integrity of did not hold his territory; in 1 he did; and SNK + CCL5 are a mixed bag. The SBE1 guys are singing up the hill near WEL 3 (but on the other side of the road), & displayed for a ? in that area. Today I saw a Linedated Woodpecker near ADS (NW end of study area) and a male and female Thick-billed Euphonia in the same area.
