Duval, E.H. 2000 Journal Isla Boca Brava, Chiriqui Prov., Panama 1 June 2000 9mm rain With only two full days left, we split up to do observations at our targeted dance perches. Activity has definitely dropped off, but "Que Rico" duets can still be heard. It poured after the first observation period & mark & bet went back to the ranchos for ramen. They spent the pre-lunch hour precy [illegible] distances between dance perches. I stayed out in the rain and found a rufous-tailed hummingbird nest with two eggs at first beach. We each did another watch in the afternoon, and then a little net repair. Net repair is turning out (most) to be a very, very big job. Some of it will have to be done at Berkeley. 25 June 2000 no rain We did observations all day
