June 2000 Rain in the evening clear + sunny all day Mark & Kat rotated nothing at Gully 4 in the morning while I did 2 watches, & I setled for 1/2 hour more after finishing my third watch. 2 recaps only, though me was WPR who needed a better hormone sample. My blood tites have been yielding the same pury amount of plasma no matter the amount of blood in the tube. I separated out the plasma as usual & then re-spun the two largest "red cells only" tubes & got a significant fraction of plasma again. Ugh. So I guess I need to be spinning harder. Mark did vee work on M-14, which recently failed; Kats afternoon watch stopped early for lack of activity; E - 19 failed (before we could bleed the babies or figure out the mother). Most disturbing of all, Kat found the two babies of K-25 dead in the nest. I had just taken a blood vial each
