The area we set in today seemed to be undisturbed, rich steppe habitat. We set out a total of 159 Sherman plus snap traps. It was cold, windy, and raining when we finished setting. Sat Dec. 4 We went out at 7:30 am to check the traps at Las Victorias. We caught 39 animals, which was 25% trap success.
