1 Rithodotomy megalois longicandus? 134 May 17 ½ mi E & Stadium, 500 ft. Berkeley, Alameda Co., Calif. Four of this species were caught last evening. Each of the individuals were caught in habitat that was generally less protected than that of the Peromyscus. One of the individuals was cought in a small trail in the grass; the other three in sparsely were cought in rather open country but still cover was enough at hand so that there was protection within a few feet.
