Found area - Sierra Nevada

Habitat - Coars talus slope
or about boulders in the
vicinity of meadow or graz
grassy stream side The
adult wood chink was in
the same rocky talus just
as the two young which
were caught but I was
unable to trap her.
July 20 Big Meadow 7600 ft. Tulare Co. Calif.

today.
Found area - Sierra Nevada

Habitat - Burrows or dens
as constructed in rock
crevices or under rocks
near meadow or stream.
The grassy meadow or
stream sides are the
chief places of forage.
The marmot are quite
numerous about her.
