Wm.B.Richardson 1934 Callospermophilus Jun 18 Hamilton Lake 9,300 ft Tulare Co., California. Two specimens were taken yesterday that were getting into our trap. They appeared quit [quite] fresh and probably had been at this location for some time. The two specimens were females but containing no embryos, however they did have the appearance of wearing their young. Jun 22 Deer Lake 9,700 ft Tulare Co., California This was the only individual in this vicinity that was seen although 5 or 6 mr. seen about our camp at Emerald Lake.
