25th B. Richardson 1936 Mystic californicus April 11 4pmi S & Porterville, 550ft. Lake C.Cal. Caught 1 of this species last evening from under the roof of our house. This solitary individual was hanging in a pendulum fashion away from the walls. Two other species of bats were taken from under the same roof within 1-2 ft of this Mystic. 932 nil 20 One individual caught in a lung net. It was hanging solitarilly under the eaves of our house. (Same as above locality) April 25 Another individual taken from the same locality.
