1) Gavia immer - several seen near the mouth
of Tomales Bay on May 21 and 23.
2) Gavia stellata - one seen near the mouth
of Tomales Bay on May 23.
3) Aeclomophorus occidentalis - one seen near
the mouth of Tomales Bay, May 21.
4) Cidera herodias - one seen over dunes
also several on T.B. mud flats
southwest of Dillon Beach, on May 23.
5) Branta nigricans - one pair observed feeding
on Zoetara near the mouth of Tomales
Bay on May 23.
6) Melanitta deglandi - 10 or 15 in the vicinity
of Sand Point on May 21 and 23.
7) Melanitta perspicillata - several in the
vicinity of Sand Point on May 21 and 23.
8) Mergus serrator - two or three seen near
mouth of Tomales Bay; May 21 and 23.
9) Cathartes aura. flying over hills, inland
from Dillon Beach, May 20 and 23.
10) Falco sparverius - several seen inland
from Dillon Beach, May 20.
11) Lophortyx californica. - Dillon Beach (DB).
12) Charadrius nivosus - one seen along open
beach bordering dunes, May 23.
13) Pelidna alpina - two on mud flats, near
mouth of Tomales Bay, May 21.
