Secondary school teachers are to be brought in to these centers. At the present time their participation is optional and they are not paid. The program is 5 yrs. old. Menon also mentioned that they were encouraging the formation of Science Clubs, and that they were attempting to search out superior students in science. It is a tremendous job. There are 20,000 secondary schools. There must be screening at the state and finally the national level,
