The program has the support of the University of the Philippines - professors, materials, office help, professional collaboration of Bureau of Public Schools and teachers from the Bureau. The adaptation draft of the green version is to be out by the end of the summer and it is hoped to get the 10 teachers started with the new materials by July. The National Public Educational System in the Philippines is basically an elementary school system. 75% of the school population is to be found there. 60% drop out and there is no further education.
