several songs have been heard. Individuals
& pairs are seen near Voln area - near
Family Layon + 18. Singing was at
The Wanjia at Skroank.
29 may - Float of 15 near Voln area - mostly 88 -
187 singing - cubs that evening.
30 may - Several pairs "investigating" the Wease
for possible nesting site & a float/
6 seen near Voln. Sun. 1 mo & see doing
an aerial display - gliding & sun
or cut-stretched wings singing.
1 June Snow float / 5878?; ? 23 - sec - 7ls -
fl.-th. Several pairs seen in Briton &
Voln area. + a snow pile about 4 88?
1 shy head.
2 June 3 birds singing in camp - several
- tundra near Elson Layon
3 June Scattered birds near Elson Layon
9 June Many birds around Camp at the tundra - 877
heard singing frequently.
14 June Pt. without at wanny - in an area - no eggs yet.-
Also 208m 875? - vicinity.
20 June Nest at Skroank wanny with 6 eggs -
2 incubating, 1 being fledged by 8.
1 July Skroank nest with 5 young & 2 eggs at 2000. 879
