A second nest was found in the North side 1 barrel ridge - 10' west 1 U.S. road + 20' north 1 The por 1 barrels - Stone at 8' to the east) - on west side 1 medium- sized polygon - contained 6 eggs with 2 incubating at 1500. 13 June Another nest in Britton's Area - 30' west 1 road - 10' N. of Poly, in Britton's Are - 6 eggs. Previous nest in Britton's Are - still has 5 eggs. 16 June 2 nests reported by McNamara - 1 near Stalk line a cornel B.R. - with 5 eggs + 1 stone! [sketch of toggle hook and toggle loop] Another - 100 yards away - 20 June One - G495 (3.0-3.1) 21 June Two nests located in census plot to Churchill 5:16 p.m. Birds general scarce or at least not displaying - due to storm wind.
