Cade observed again in Drum area
behind APL & a pair on the west
side of Footprint Lake on 26may.
This evening, a pair was noted
west of Footprint & just south of
Voth's Slough. The 8 was seen
flying - suddenly landed near Dr &
who was sitting on Dr snow at the
edge of a 2x3' tripod polygator top. The 8
then mounted Dr & remained there for
about 30 sec. - then flew off to the so.
Dr & remained sitting until it
flashed by. There was no sign of
a nest in any of the exposed mounds
in the vicinity.
30 may 18 seen so.1 The village along the
creek where drums are village
slough. No 8 could be found in the
area.
Another bird - believed to be a 8, was
seen sitting on the telephone pole -
between Voth & Brit H's area.
