Villog, locator was censured by
Maher.
3 June - 19 birds were seen settling in Naire
on Ebon Logan.
5 June - Barrow -> Inam River, Alaska
Numerous birds seen all Highway 6 to 12
Drama. See Maher's Notice for
details on numbers. One nest was
located just 75 feet from the river.
It contained egg.
6 June - Barrow, Alaska
A flock 135 was seen a Footprint Lake,
plus The pair 1 settled Birds. A
nest was found Southwest / Footprint
+ No. 1 shrub. There was egg. This
nest was located in a small mound
(of about 3 feet in diameter) and was
completely surrounded by snow.
7 June Barrow, Alaska
A territorial dispute involving 6 birds
(3 pairs) was observed in central marsh. The
encounter involved several physical clashes
which set the birds off the ground. There was
much squawking + yelling and flying.
The intruding pair left the area.
The 2 residents returned to this territory.
