2 Jul. Nest found 8v40 by Tegler 5-10.0 -
with 4 egg - O performed no distr.
5 July Nest with 4 egg - just s.1 Britton's Area.
7 July Nest with 4 egg - 168' w./ 2.4 a Shuart
plot. - Nest nre 9.0 - had 2 dead
young in it - probably Nectan &
Snowfall a few days ago. A few floes,
9.5S Allen Devonit & stream entering
the lobe
9 July Ice/16s - Ansun plot - plus 83 crevater
at nest nre 3.4 & 15.1. Scadued 83/16s
were a regards.
12 July 8 + 4 chick seen in marshy swale - 200
yd south / north salt lagoon,
16 July Nest in Britton's are still been incubated - nest
near John's House gone. - no sep 1- or chicks.
The floe d 95 have not been very noticeable
This year - none were seen today.
17 July Much confusion today - census plot (Shuart)
- many groups / 44 with 83 occasional
mardin - flying around - landing in
grassy - upland area. feeding for awhile
& then moving... One floe of about
150 - birds moved across the tundra
just past The peak.
