R. Zweifel 1953 Selagoona undulatus Rio Nazas at San Salvador, Durango, Mexico July 6 2360 ♂ Snout and top of head rusty orange. Lateral body scales emerald green. Body pattern of two ill defined light lines. Single blue throat patch, paired lateral blue belly patches. 2361 ♀ Snout and top of head yellowish brown. No blue on throat or belly. All were found on tree trunks except one on log or ground. Trees bordering stream inhabited by Selagoona were cottonwood and tamarisk, also on mosquito trees several hundred yards from the river. Surrounding country is ocotillo-mosquito desert.
