Dr. Zweifel 1953 Hypopachus Goni. N. Mazatlan, 500', Sinaloa, Mexico 2507 RZ July 13 Taken shortly after sunset (sky dark) on a dirt road in the thorn forest. There had been a very heavy rain earlier in the day. Dorsal body surface reddish brown, lighter than sides, the diuding line beginning on the snout, passing through the eye, continuing diagonally over the foreleg insertion to the groin. The lateral body surface is dark gray. Upper surface of limbs same as dorsal body surface. Iris similar two. Ventral surface a reticulum of gray and dirty white.
