R. Zweifel 1953 Bufo punctatus Hidalgo del Parral, 5500', Chihuahua, Mexico 2252 RZ June 27 Found at the edge of a swimming pool in a residential area shortly after nightfall. Numerous red tipped warts on a grayish-brown background. No other conspicuous markings except open marks on ventral surface like so: ooo. 16 mi N Durango, Durango, Mexico 2371-2, RZ July 6 Found on the road at night. Markings the same as the Parral individual.
