238, 239, 241, 285-291. 1952: 20, 21, 47, 50-52, 55, 268 R. Zweifel Natric shombryna Rio Coatzacoalcos, 10 mi. up from Nematillo's, Veracruz, Mexico 2032 R. Zweifel (coll. S. Bunnell Feb. 2, 1953) Sterling Bunnell reports that this snake was captured when it was resting on a mangrove root by the river. They were reportedly common. This individual probably represents a slight range extension, since the species was previously known south to "south-central Veracruz".
