Natric shombryna
Rio Coatzacoalcos, 10 mi. up from Nematillo's,
Veracruz, Mexico
2032 R. Zweifel (coll. S. Bunnell Feb. 2, 1953)
Sterling Bunnell reports that this snake was
captured when it was resting on a mangrove
root by the river. They were reportedly common.
This individual probably represents a slight
range extension, since the species was previously known south to "south-central Veracruz".
