Amniella pulchra
San Juan Creek, 1 1/2 mi. W Skandon,
San Luis Obispo Co, Calif
April 29, 1953
Under a 4" diameter willow log in very
sandy soil on the first level above the river
bottom. This is an open stand of willow and
cottonwood trees along the rivers in this arid
valley.
The ventus is dull greenish-yellow - quite
dull as compared to those of southern California
as I remember them.
