AT 19.3 mi. SE Irvine Park there
is a pile of oak logs in which
Batrachoseps pacificus has been taken.
B. attenuatus has also been taken
here. Today I found five B. pacificus
and one large Anides lugubris.
I looked for Triturus in the
stream in Silverado Canyon, but
could find none. The road in
Trabuco canyon was washed out.
