Mid-ventral.— between Capucine Yellow and
Muted Orange, closer to the former.
Sub-candal.— a little deeper than Scarlet.
Dorsal.— Oliveous Black.
Belly heavily spotted— 36 on 10 ventral
and ventrally. Upper labials 4,5 & 6 barely
touched with orange. Ventral color reaches the
second row of dorsal scales only for a
distance of about 1 cm on the neck. Elsewhere
the scales of the first row are edged
posteriorly in gray. Adult.
