turned up 3 abdomes; a juvenile, a sub-

under rocks 40 - 100 feet from a small
stream. The general aspect of this locality
is one of grassy, oak-studded hillslides
with prominent granite outcroppings.
Oaks present include valleyoak, interior
liveoak and blueoak. Willows and
cottonwoods are along the stream.
Elevation 900'. The oaks for the most part
do not form a continuous canopy.
