20 mi ENE Bakersfield, Kern Co, Calif.
First frog taken from a small, step-gradient
stream about 150 feet from the Kern River. This
stream is more like what I consider muscosa
habitat - numerous small waterfalls
separated by pools 6" - 18" deep. See Dialghis
